It's nothing to do with the version of iOS you have installed. If you own either the Pooley's or AFE plates subscriptions, try doing a "Download All" for them, which will force a refresh of the plate cache on your device. Failing that, try later this evening. There was a brief problems on our servers yesterday evening which resulted in no plates being available for around half an hour, and it may take up to 24 hours for anybody who received those results to receive new ones.
